Qualification
- Minimum Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
- Note: Preference will be given to the candidates having domicile of the state applying for.
Salary and Benefits for ITBP Constable Recruitment 2025:
- Monthly Salary:
- The Bank will pay a lump sum amount of ₹30,000 per month, inclusive of statutory deductions.
- Tax Deductions:
- Tax deductions will be applied as per the Income Tax Act, with adjustments based on any amendments that occur from time to time.
- Annual Increment & Incentives:
- There will be an annual increment in the lump-sum pay and performance-based incentives.
- These increments and incentives will be determined based on performance in business acquisition/sales activities, as decided by the Competent Authority.
- Other Pay and Allowances:
- It is clarified that there will be no other pay, allowances, or bonuses offered apart from the mentioned ₹30,000 per month and performance-based incentives.
ITBP Constable Recruitment 2025 – Selection Process:
- Merit-Based Selection:
- The merit list will be created based on the percentage of marks obtained in graduation.
- Shortlisted candidates will then be called for an interview.
- Domicile Preference:
- Candidates who have a domicile of the state they are applying for will be given preference over those who do not have a domicile issued by the competent authority of that state.
- Eligibility and Interview:
- Merely meeting the eligibility criteria does not guarantee an invitation for the interview.
- The bank/department reserves the right to call only the required number of candidates for the assessment/interview based on factors like qualifications, experience, and the job requirements.
- Graduation Marks Calculation:
- Candidates must mention the exact percentage of marks obtained in graduation (up to two decimal places).
- The percentage is calculated by dividing the total marks obtained in all subjects across all semesters/years by the total maximum marks (irrespective of honours, optional subjects, etc.).
- Rounding off of the percentage is not allowed under any circumstances.
- Results and Final Selection:
- The results of the candidates who qualify for the various stages of the recruitment process and the final selection list will be made available on the official website.
- The final selected list will also be published online.
